advanced. Close coordination of movement and breath in a style that
approaches a moving continuous moving meditation. Taught by Hattie Bluestone,
a Harvard graduate, a long-term Avalon favorite, and a former Avalon
Studio Manager. Like her famous mentor, Kelly McGonigal, Ph.D., Hattie
also now teaches yoga as well at Stanford University.
