The Jivamukti Tradition at Avalon
Recently Avalon added three
classes in the Jivamukti tradition, the elegant
yoga style pioneered i n the 1980s by Sharon
Gannon
and David Life. 
The tradition is carried on at Avalon by the super talented Giselle
Mari (a regular in Yoga
Journal - see on the right)
and an elite number of her talented mentees, including Linda
Pino and Toni Cupal.
Toni recently joined Avalon after several years as
Co-Director of the prestigious Jivamukti Studio in London.
